QOCA home mobile is intended to be used conjunction with QOCA home solution. QOCA home users use their dedicated HomeHub at home. While they are not at home, they can use QOCA home mobile APP to review their healthp plan, record vital signs and contact their case manager on the go. In order to use this APP, you have to enroll into one of the QOCA home enabled service programs and have your username / password ready along with your Home Hub. Once you logged in, QOCA home mobile will retrieve your care plan and reminder to APP. QOCA home mobile is intended for use by QOCA home user for review of health plan, vital sign records and share their steps, calories with the caregiver. Care center buy QOCA home solution and operate the service on their private cloud Patients can download QOCA home mobile app and access their healthcare services QOCA home mobile provides the following functions 1.
